At Haloten Automobile, we believe that "service has no finish line, and customer satisfaction is only the starting point." Upholding this commitment, we launched the annual Haloten Service Tour this summer.
Strategically utilizing the typical downtime in the construction machinery sector during July and August, Haotian initiated a company-wide effort. Under the direction of senior management, our After-Sales Service Department, with support from the Sales Department, deployed eight dedicated service teams across the nation.
These teams conducted comprehensive inspections, maintenance, and repairs for Haotian truck crane owners. Our mission was clear: to address customer needs proactively and resolve issues head-on, embodying our core principle of anticipating and urgently responding to our clients' concerns.
This relentless dedication to superior after-sales support not only solidifies customer trust but also actively enhances the Haloten brand. The tour made a significant impact, providing essential services to over 2,300 Haotian customers, who widely praised and appreciated the initiative.
